Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF) on the proliferation of stromal cells in eutopic endometrium cultured in vitro and the expression of estrogen receptor α in patients with adenomyosis. Methods:Human endometrial cells were cultured in vitro, then they were intervened by NGF of different doses(0 ng/ml,10 ng/ml,50 ng/ml and 100 ng/ml),MTT method was used to detect the proliferation of stromal cells in endometrium,Western-blotting method was used to detect the effect of NGF(50 ng/ml) on the expression of estrogen receptor α in stromal cells. Results:NGF of 50 ng/ml could promote the proliferation of stromal cells in endometrium, the cell survival rate was 82.61%,which was significantly higher than those treated with NGF of other doses(P0.05);NGF of 50 ng/ml had impact on the expressions of estrogen receptor in different cells in case group and control group;in case group, there was significant difference in population mean between glandular epithelial cells and stromal cells(P0.05).Conclusion:NGF of 50 ng/ml can promote the proliferation of stromal cells in eutopic endometrium and the expression of estrogen receptor α in glandular epithelial cells and stromal cells of patients with adenomyosis.
