Abstract
Drugs or surgery is a commonly treatment for endometriosis and adenomyosis however for patients with fertility requirements,assisted reproductive technology has its unique advantage. This paper focuses on the effect of endometriosis and adenomyosis to IVF clinical outcomes ; and the timing of assisted reproductive technology; as well as how to improve the IVF pregnancy.
