Abstract

Endometriosis(EMs) is one of the most common diseases of women of childbearing age.It is characterized by chronic pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, infertility and its prevalence increases year by year, but its pathogenesis is unknown till now.Inflammation and dysimmunity are important pathologic basis of endometriosis.Attachment-aggression-angiogenesis is basic step of occurrence and development of EMs.In recent years, the research showed that NFκB is hub of signal transduction pathway and activated NF-κB participates in regulation of expression of many target genes and extensively takes part in many processes such as immune reaction, inflammatory reaction, cell proliferation and apoptosis. So,it is associated closely with endometriosis.
