Observation and Nursing of Adenomyosis Patients with Interventional Treatment Complication

Abstract
Purpose:To analyze the causes of complications and discuss the nursing strategy for interventional treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:Uterine artery embolization(UAE) with Seldinger' s technique was performed in 65 patients with adenomyosis.Complications were observed and corresponding nursing was given to reduce the pain of patients before,after and during the interventional procedure. Results:Thirty-three cases occurred interventional related complications,including 1 case of fear which cause delay of the interventional procedure,1 case of severe pain during the interventional procedure,2 cases of subcutaneous ecchymosis,1 case of fever(39℃) and 28 cases of severe abdominal distention and pain during the following 48 hours after the interventional procedure.The causes of complications were analyzed and nursing strategies were taken.Conclusion:It is important to improve the quality of nursing to prevent the complications of interventional treatment of adenomyosis.
