Abstract

Adenomyosis is a widespread pathology in women of reproductive age. It is a benign disease characterized by the location of the glands and stroma of the endometrium in the thickness of the muscular layer of the uterus. In recent years, the negative impact of adenomyosis on a woman's reproductive function has been established in the form of decreased fertility and an increased level of complications of pregnancy and delivery. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of adenomyosis on obstetric and perinatal complications and to create a protocol for managing pregnancies in women with adenomyosis.
