Abstract

Objective:To analyze the causes,diagnosis and treatments of chronic pelvic pains.Methods:Reviewed and analyzed were the reasons,the clinical symptoms and the treatments of 250 cases from March to June in 2002 in our hospital.Results:Chronic pelvic pains mainly resulted from chronic pelvic infections,endometriosis and other factors.The treatments varied because pelvic sores occurred repeated without any periodicity and symptoms were different due to various causes.Conclusions:According to kinds of pathogenesis and different causes of the chronic pelvic pains,proper effective treatments should be selected.
