(Abstracted from Fertil Steril 2024;121(3)) Adenomyosis is a common gynecological condition characterized by the invasion of endometrial glands and stroma from the basal layer of the endometrium into the myometrium. Although adenomyosis is frequently discovered in the diagnostic workup of couples with infertility, it is unclear whether adenomyosis causes infertility.
