an Application of the High Intensity Focused Ultrasound in the Therapy of Endometriosis to Abdominal Wall after Cesarean Section(CS)

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of the High Intensity Focused Ultrasound(HIFU) in the therapy of endometriosis to abdominal wall after cesarean section(CS).Methods 8 patients of the endometriosis to abdominal wall after cesarean section were treated by HIFU solo or combined drug treatment.Results Among 8 patients,5 ones clinical symptom disappeared,2 ones relieved,1 patient were operated after not relieving.The effective power was 87.5%.There were not complications such as skin heat injury,hemorrhoea,pain,etc.Conclusions There is the preliminary clinical application value of the High Intensity Focused Ultrasound in the therapy of endometriosis to abdominal wall after cesarean section.
