Effect of Dan Chi Drink on the change of serum CA125,TNF-α and sexual hormones in patients with endometriosis

Objective: To observe the effect of Dan Chi Drink on the changes of CA125,Tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α)and Estradiol(E2) Progesterone(P) in patients with endometriosis(EMT).Methods: Forty-two cases with endometriosis were taken in control by themselves,to observe the changes of clinical symptoms and signs of patients with endometriosis and the activity changes of peripheral blood serum CA125,TNF-α and Estradiol(E2) Progesterone(P) before and after therapy.Results: After treatment,the level of CA125 and Estradiol(E2) Progesterone(P) were decreased(P0.05),the level of TNF-a was significantly decreased(P0.01).The effective rate of this therapy was 90.48%.Conclusion: Dan Chi Drink could modulate the immunology disturbance and regulate the disturbance of endocrine in women with EM,improve the clinical symptoms and signs obviously.It is a safe and effective therapy.
