Abstract

Objective To research whether the endometriosis is associated with Survivin and Caspase-3 gene. Methods Immunohisto-chemistry method was used to detect the expression of Caspase-3 and Survivin gene in normal endometrial tissue(n=30),ectopic and eutopic endometriotic tissue(n=36,respectively).The study used the Biosens Digital Imaging System to exam the average gray value of production of Caspase-3 and Survivin positive reacitity. Results ①The expression of Survivin of eutopic group and ectopic group was higher than the normal control group(P0.05).②The expression of Caspase-3 of eutopic group and ectopic group was weaker than the normal control group(P0.05).③In eutopic and ectopic endometrium group, according to the relative analysis, the corelation of Survivin and Caspase-3 is reverse correlation(P0.05).Conclusion The higher expression of survivin depress the activity of Caspase-3,which destroy the balance of breeding and apoptosis, and which play a key role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
