A Study on the Mechanism of Treating Experimental Endometriosis with NeiYiKangFu Shuan by Rectal Administration

Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of NeiYiKangFu Shuan in treating endometriosismodel mice by rectal administration.Methods: Endometriosis was surgically induced in the female SD mice.They wererandomly divided into different groups and given different treatment.Observation were associated with effect to the model mice,of hemorheology.Results: Haematological index improves,and haematic viscosity number and fibrinogen of endometriosis model mice obviously lowered after NeiYiKangFu Shuan treating(P0.05).Conclusion:NeiYiKangFu Shuan probably improves haematological index of endometriosis model mice to decrease or eliminate endometriosis.Herbal suppository by rectal administration proves to be a good cure for endometriosis.
