Surgical balloon catheter fenestration and thrombectomy for spontaneous coronary artery dissection
preprint

Abstract
A 51-year-old female presented with left anterior descending spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD). After initial treatment with conservative therapy, she developed recurrent chest pain and complete thrombosis of the LAD. Using a novel hybrid treatment, she was revascularized with balloon catheter thrombectomy and fenestration, followed by coronary artery bypass grafting.
