The analysis of 27 cases with adenomyosis with uterine artery embolization

Abstract
Objective To discuss the curative effect in adenomyosis by uterine artery embolization.Methods The Seldinger's method was used for uterine artery embolism to treat adenomyosis in 27 cases.The quantity of ache and emmenia were observed 3 and 6 months after treatment.Result The operations of all case are successful.The clinical efficiency rate of 3 months and 6 months after treatment were 85.1% and 88.9% respectively.The quantity of emmenia were reduced 60.1% and 52.1% respectively.Conclusion The recent effect of intervenlional treatment for hysteromyoma is good.It is worth to be applicated in the clinical work.
