Abstract
Gonadotropin releasing hormone(GnRH) was released by hypothalamus,stimulating or inhibitinting LH /FSH production from the pituitary.GnRH analogues have been used extensively in the treatment of gynecological oncology,endometriosis,central precocious puberty(CPP) and assistant reproduction.Its applications in gynecological practice were reviewed in the article.
