Abstract

Ectopic pituitary adenoma is a rare benign neoplasm defined by the presence of hypophyseal tissue into the nasosinusal tract without any connection with normal pituitary gland. A postero-septal localisation of the tumor without a sphenoidal localisation seems to be rarer. We report here one of the first resection movie.
