For the reason studies particularities of the pathogenesis of reproductive disturbance, autors examined 66 patients aged 16-18 years old with the symptoms of the chronical pyelonephritis. The control group had 60 practicaly healsy girls the same age with normal physical and sexual development. in was determined that the patients with chronical pyelonephritis had different breaches of the hormonal status and gynaecological pathology.
