This paper presents a third unifying path: the Meta-Quantum Framework (MQF) . We propose that the universe is not a vacuum filled with discrete particles, but a continuous, self-similar fractal information structure. We demonstrate computationally, through numerical simulations, that disparate phenomena—from the violation of Bell inequalities ($S \approx 2.82$) to the acceleration of cosmic expansion—emerge as artifacts of a single underlying mechanism: fractal geometry rendering. In this model, Black Holes act as entropy equalizers, and Dark Matter is redefined as non-rendered geometric processing latency.
