Современные подходы к комплексной пациентоориентированной терапии эндометриоза как психосоматического социально значимого заболевания Манагадзе И.Д., Нестерова А.А., Леваков С.А. Эндометриоз – хроническое воспалительное заболевание, которое характеризуется наличием эндометриоподобной ткани за пределами матки. У каждой девятой женщины диагностируется данная патология, и большинство из них испытывают дисменорею, неменструальные боли в области малого таза, астению и бесплодие. Эндометриоз следует рассматривать как системное, а не только гинекологическое заболевание, поэтому важно изучить психосоциальные механизмы его развития. Эндометриоз может сопровождаться значительным психосоматическим и социальным дискомфортом, что требует дополнительных исследований для понимания взаимосвязи различных факторов, влияющих на его развитие. Цель данного обзора – определить возможные подходы к мультимодальной пациентоориентированной терапии эндометриоза, направленной на преодоление психоэмоциональных предикторов развития данной социально значимой патологии и улучшение качества жизни женщин с эндометриозом. Заключение: Эндометриоз является сложным гинекологическим заболеванием, в котором играют важную роль психологические факторы эмоционального дистресса и познания. В настоящее время проводятся многочисленные исследования, направленные на выявление комплекса психосоматических факторов, воздействующих на женщин, страдающих эндометриозом, и определение ключевых звеньев патогенеза данных процессов. Это позволит фундаментально изучить психологические симптомы и определить возможные подходы к профилактике и лечению, направленные на устранение этих предикторов и повышение качества жизни пациенток с эндометриозом.
