Abstract
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Bcl2 and Bax in ovarian endometriosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry methods was employed to detect the expression of Bcl2 and Bax in the ectopic and eutopic endometrium of the patients (39 cases) with endometrisis, and in the nomal endometrium (27cases) in the contral group. Results The expression of Bcl2 and Bax was significant difference to ectopic endimetrium and eutopic endimetrium of ovarian endometriosis (P0.05) and there was significant difference between the study group and control group (P0.05),and the expressions of Bcl2 and Bax in ovarian endometriosis were negative correlated. Conclusion The increasing expression of Bcl2 and decreasing of Bax may play the key role in occurrence of endometriosis and adenomyosis.
