Factors Affecting Employee Performance in UK Warehousing Sector. A Case Study of Superdrug Warehouse

This study is a research on the impact that motivation, management style and work environment have on the performance of employees in the warehouse sector. The research involves a critical review of the existing literature and the collection of quantitative data through the survey questionnaire. The report also includes data analysis using graphs and tables to explain and interpret them and the conclusions from the end based on the figures and results found. It should be mentioned that the present study fully respects the academic requirements and ethical principles that a research must meet. Thus, in the research, for the protection, anonymity and confidentiality of participants' data, the Consent Form and Participant Information Sheet were used, documents that are attached to the annexes of this report along with approved and signed Ethics application and a copy of the questionnaire used to collect data from respondent. The research was carried out in compliance with the norms of social distance imposed by the covid-19 pandemic. The origin of the sources was ensured by using the Harvard reference style. The research was conducted on a sample of 65 employees from the Superdrug depot, located in Dunstable, UK using the snowball sampling method. It should be mentioned that due to the context created by the covid-19 pandemic, the research did not take place in the premises of the Superdrug, but outside them and did not require the company's management permit to carry out the research.
