Abstract
This paper presents the final relativistic closure of MMA-DMF as a deterministic, single-scale vacuum framework anchored to (M = 100) TeV and organised by a mesoscopic generalized Langevin description together with its canonical macroscopic closure. MMA-DMF enforces zero free parameters per observational system, while a single globally locked canonical parameter set is applied across all sectors without per-dataset retuning. In dense screened environments, the framework reproduces the Einstein-limit phenomenology of General Relativity through screened local recovery, including Mercury’s perihelion advance, Venus orbital dynamics, Shapiro delay, gravitational lensing, GPS clock behaviour, gravitational-wave propagation speed, geodetic precession, frame dragging, and the Strong Equivalence Principle. In low-density unscreened environments, the same vacuum sector yields the contrastive screening evidence required to explain void cohesion and Cloud-9 without dark-matter halos. The project is internally closed, and screening is established by a four-regime proof structure spanning Solar-System, terrestrial, low-density, and transition-boundary regimes. Only two external parked nodes remain: heliopause archival DSN real-data execution and GNOME PREM 3D tomography real-data execution. All remaining results reported in the paper are treated as internally closed within MMA-DMF.
