Тактика лечения больных с гнойными воспалительными заболеваниями придатков матки

In work the analysis of the carried out complex therapy 105 patients with purulent pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Used tactics included preoperative preparation within 6-24 hours and subsequent operative treatment with lymphotropic by introduction of antibiotics intraoperative and intraosseous of their introduction in postoperative period. In 70 cases was executed laparotomy, in 20 therapeutic and diagnostic laparoscopy and in 15 transvaginal ultrasound-guided aspiration for treatment of tubo-ovarian abscess. The comparative estimation of efficiency of the carried out therapy with traditional techniques is carried out. On the basis of the received results the algorithm of tactics of treatment of the patients with purulent PID was developed.
