Compare the established endometriosis model of rat and rabbit

In order to select the appropriate endometriosis model and the established method for clinical and foundational research workers, this experiment reproduced endometriosis model of rat and rabbit . Result : 3th week after operation , all of the transplanted endometrium have survived . Survival rate is 100% .From the 4 th week on, the graft grew well and with time extending , there was no distinctive changes in the morphology . After 4 weeks, enlarged ovary with large follicle were observed, liquor folliculi were wrapped by connective tissue at the side of uterus cut .After 8 weeks, EMAB of peritoneal fluid is strongly positive.
