Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of hysteromyoma.Methods:The patients were examined by conventional transabdominal ultrasound scanning method, to know the size of lesions, blood flow echo characteristics and circumstances.Results:Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosed 169 cases of patients with uterine leiomyoma in our hospital, all cases were confirmed by operation and pathology, 147 cases of uterine myoma, 17 cases of adenomyosis, 5 cases of uterine myoma combined adenomyosis.In the 147 cases of uterine myoma, 94 cases of intramural myoma, 33 cases of subserous myoma, 17 cases of submucous myoma, 3 cases of myoma located in uterine isthmus.Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasonography of uterine myoma can make an accurate diagnosis, it is the primary examination method for uterine myoma.
