Abstract

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment on endometriosis at abdominal wall and perineum incision after delivery.Methods The clinical materials of 20 cases such patient from 2000 to 2006 were analyzed in symptom,signs,treatment retrospectively.Results There were 13 cases of endometriosis in 20 who had history of U-D and 7 cases of endometriosis with side perineum incision.The typical periodic local pain and mass could be seen and obtained diagnosis before operation.The results were fit for pathology without relapsed.Conclusion The local endometria implantation might be mechanism of endometriosis at incision after operation.The typical symptom was local periodic pain and mass that related with menses.The operation might be important method to remove the lesion completely.It should pay much attention.
