Effect of Xiaoyifang on Expression of NGF in Endometriosis Model Rats

Objective:To study the mechanism of Xiaoyifang in the treatment of endometriosis through observing the effect of Xiaoyifang on the expression of NGF in the endometriosis model rats.Method:The rats were randomized into model group,mifepristone group,Sanjiezhentong capsule group,Xiaoyifang small-dose group,Xiaoyifang medium-dose group,Xiaoyifang large-dose group after modeling by transplantation of autologous operation.The expression of NGF in ectopic endometrium was observed by immunohistochemical technique after 4-week administration.Results:Comparing with the model group,there were significant differences in the expression of NGF in ectopic endometrium in the mifepristone group,Sanjiezhentong capsule group,Xiaoyifang small-dose group,Xiaoyifang medium-dose group and Xiaoyifang large-dose group(P0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyifang can prevent and treat endometriosis by reducing the content of NGF in endometrium,restraining the ectopic endometrium of rats.
