Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery on the treatment of lesions resection of adenomyosis.Methods:The clinical data of 45 cases with laparoscopic lesions resection of adenomyosis were retrospectively analyzed,menstrual volume,cycle,menstruation,dysmenorrhea,hemoglobin and pregnancy were compared.Results:The menstrual cycle and menstruation did not change(P0.05),menstrual volume was normal and the hemoglobin significantly increasd(P0.05) and the pain significantly reducd(P0.05).Conclusions:The laparoscopic lesions resection of adenomyosis is effective and simple,and is a very good choice to retain the reproductive function.
