Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Mirena and GnRHa in the treatment of endometriosis after conservative operation. Methods 40 cases of EMs patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, 20 cases in each. The control group was received GnRHa treatment, while the observation group was received GnRHa and Mirena, The degree of pain and the level of CA125 in two groups were observed to evaluate the effect. Results VAS score of 1 year and a half year in two groups was lower than that before the operation(P0.05);VAS score of a year in control group was higher than that of observation(P0.05). CA125 level of a half year and a year in two groups was lower than that before the operation(P0.05); CA125 level of a year in control group was higher than that of observation(P0.05). Conclusion Effect of Mirena and GnRHa in treatment of EMs is significant and it can be a long time to relieve the pain of the patients, is worthy of promotion.
