Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between CA125,EmAb and dysmenorrhea induced by endometriosis.Methods The levels of CA125 and EmAb in serum of ovarian cysts of patients with endometriosis were assayed and the severity of dysmenorrhea was graded.Results The serum CAl25 level was positively correlated with the severity of dysmenorrhea(P0.01),but the serum EmAb level was not(P0.05).Conclusion The level of CA125 is related to the occurrence and development of dysmenorrhea elicited by endometriosis.
