Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of intrauterine injection technique and progestion for endometrial polyps.Methods 113 cases of endometrial polyps were randomly divied into the control group and treatment group 54 cases were given to Medroxyprogesterone Acetate for 3 months in control group.59 cases were given to Dexamethasone + Lincomycin + Chymotrypsin +NS normal saline(20 ml) for 3 days,and treat 3 months.2 groups followed up for 3~6 months to observe recurrence of endometrial polyps.Results The 41 cases were cured,recurrence in 9 cases in treatment group..48 patients were cured s,32 cases of recurrence In control group.Two groups was no significant difference in cure rate(P0.05),relapse rates were significantly different(P0.05),Conclusion Endometrial polyps in patients with intrauterine injection of Dexamethasone,Lincomycin,Chymotrypsin and progestin combined therapy,this method safe reliable,pain small,the curative effect is good.
