The comparative analysis on the curative effects between gonadotropin releasing hormone and gestrinone in the postoperative treatment of the patients with endometriosis

Objective To observe and compare the curative effects and safety between gonadotropin releasing hormone( GnRH) and gestrinone in the postoperative treatment of the patients with endometriosis( EM). Methods 80 cases of the patients with EM treated with laparoscopic conservative surgery were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 40 cases were included into each group. The patients in the control group were treated with oral treatment of gestrinone after the operation,while the patients in the observation group were treated with intramuscular injection treatment of GnRH after the operation. The levels of the reproductive hormones such as Luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol and prolactin in the blood samples of the patients in the two groups before and after the treatment were detected and compared. The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared. The incidences of the adverse reactions of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results After the treatment,the reproductive hormone levels of the patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment( P 0. 05). The reproductive hormone levels of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P 0. 05). The clinical efficiencies of the two groups were 97. 5% and 82. 5% respectively. The clinical efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P 0. 05). The proportion of the patients with the curative effect of in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P 0. 05). The incidences of each kind of adverse reactions and the total incidence of the adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the two groups( P 0. 05). No serious adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion The application of the postoperative treatment of GnRH can significantly reduce the reproductive hormone levels of the patients with EM,has the significant clinical efficiencies,is benefit to reduce the recurrence rate and improve the curative rate,and has less adverse reactions and higher security.
