IMPACT OF JUANTONG DECOCTION ON SERUM EMAB OF ENDOMETRIOSIS

[Objective]To discuss the impact of Juantong decoction on serum EMAb of endometriosis patients.[Methods]60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group took Juantong decoction,control group took gestrinone.Observed and analyzed the OD value of serum EmAb in two groups before and after treatment.[Results]P/N value of EmAb of endometriosis patients decreased to 1.57 ± 0.35 after Juantong decoction,which was familiar to gestrinone(P = 0.884﹥0.05),but more significantly than the control group.Aminotransferase increased in 2 cases in Juantong decoction group,1 cases of acne,the total rate of adverse reactions was 10%,significantly lower than the control group 33.3%(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]Juantong decoction effectively lowers the P/N value of EmAb of endometriosis patients and with low incidence of adverse reactions.
