Abstract
Immunohistochemical methods were used to examine the expression of CyclinD and P16 of endometriosis(EMs) and control group. We found that the expression of the CyclinD and P16 had no significant difference between ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium of EMs(P0.05),but CyclinD were higher than that of the control, while P16 were lower than that of the control. The expression of CyclinD in endometriosis stageⅠ-Ⅱ was significant lower than the stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ.The expression of P16 in stageⅠ-Ⅱof endometriosis was significant higher than the stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ.There was a negative spearman correlation between the expression of CyclinD and P16 in ectopic group. The CyclinD expression of the normal endometriosis and eutopic endometrium in the proliferative phase were more than that in the secretory phase. The P16 expression of the normal endometriosis and eutopic endometrium in the proliferative phase were lower than that in the secretory phase(all P0.05).Ectopic endometrium showed no cyclic change(P0.05),That means that both of them may play an important role of the pathogenesis and the progress of EMs.
