Analysis of the related factors produced by incisional endometriosis

Objective:To discuss the values by cleaning abdominal wall and standard use of absorbable suture in the uterus surgery. Methods:3 000 cases of patients(observation group) with cesarean section and myomectomy from November 2005 to December 2009 in our hospital used cleaning abdominal wall and abandoning the used absorbable line,2 100 cases(control group) from October 2000 to October 2005 did not use cleaning abdominal wall and the absorbable line,the factors of the two groups were analyzed. Results:The occurrence of incisional endometriosis in the observation group was 0.10%(3/3 000) and was 0.86%(18/2 100) in the control group. There was a significant difference(P0.01) . Conclusion:Cleaning abdominal wall and abandoning absorbable suture in the cesarean section could prevent the incisional endometriosis,it is worthy of promotion.
