Abstract
It is defined as the presence of endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity. the exact etiology is not known \nTheir classification is based on the location of lesions, diameter, depth and density of adhesions determined by laparoscopy, giving a number of points depending on certain parameters. The diagnosis can be clinical or surgica.
