The Impact of Change in the Working Environment of the Time Pandemic CVOID-19 Against Employees (Case Study Pt. Telkom Indonesia Tbk)

The World Health Organization officially declared the corona virus (COVID-19) as a pandemic on March 9, 2020, after the COVID-19 pandemic people have still many needs, so leaders must make policies to maintain the safety of employees and customers. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the impact of the management of changes in the work environment during the COVID-19 pandemic on employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk. The impact of management of changes in the work environment during the pandemic of COVID-19 on employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk, namely management needs a system that can help the entire team coordinate for ensure that operations can run well. For PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk which implements work from office (WFO),Companies are also advised to prepare health protocols to protect employees from the dangers of COVID-19, starting from conducting temperature inspection, spraying disinfectants, to providing masks for employees.
