Abstract
【Objective】 To detect the expression of TNFa and TNFR1 in adenomyosis,so as to investigate the pathogenesis of the adenomyosis.【Methods】Immunohistochemical Strept Avidin Biotin Complex(SABC) methods was used to detect the expression of the TNFa and TNFR1 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of the 40 cases ade-nomyosis,and compare with 20 control cases.【Results】The expression of TNFa has no significant defference in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis and the control group(P 0.05),but the expression of TNFR1 has a significant defference except between ectopic endometrium of the adenomyosis and controls(P 0.05),the others have no significant defference(P 0.05).The expression of TNFa has no significant defference between the proliferative and secretory phase in eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis(P 0.05),but the TNFR1 has significant defference which in the secretory is higher than in proliferative phase(P 0.05).The expressions of TNFa and TNFR1 have no significant defference between the prolifective and secrective phase in the ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis(P 0.05),but they are both higher in the secretive phase than in proliferative phase in the control group(P 0.05).The expression of TNFa is higher in the proliferatical phase of ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis than the same phase of the control cases(P 0.05).The expression of TNFR1 is lower in secretive phase in ectopic endometrium of adeno-myosis than its eutopic endometrium and the control cases(P 0.05).【Conclusions】The TNFa and TNFR1 take part in the adjustment of normal menstruation circle. The lower expression of TNFR1 in secrective phase in eutopic en-dometrium and in ectopic endometrium may play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of the adenomyosis.
