The application of laparoscopic technique in diagnosis and treatment of Infertility

Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic technique in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods Fifty-nine cases of infertility were examed by laparoscopy,the causes of the disease and the result of treatment were analyzed.Results Chronic pelvic inflammatory,endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome were the main causes of infertility.Conclusion Laparoscopy plays an important role for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility,and can provide direct vision for laparoscopic operation when hydrotubation of oviduct was conducted,which can improve the result of the treatment.
