Abstract
Anarchy itself (from Greek an-arkh = “without government”) is the first and basic form of organization between equals. Since the beginning, people tended to organize themselves by associating voluntarily and helping themselves without needing a government. Then, why do people believe they need to be governed at a larger level? Why do they tend to accept governments that produce social differences, create élites and oppress the elected?
