Abstract
Object: improvement of diagnostics in patients with chronical pelvic pain. 680 patients with chronical salpingoophoritis were followed up. Clinical, laboratory, ultrasound with dopplermetry, x-ray, endoscopic and magnetic-resonance methods were used in diagnostics. Without endoscopic methods the frequency of diagnostic mistakes in patients with pelvic pains approaches 43.5%, and in 37.8% cases the diagnosis is incomplited. The most common gynecological diseases, accompaning with chronic pelvic pain are: endometriosis and pelvic failure of blood and lymph circulation. The most common somatic diseases are: diseases of lower part of spinal column, pelvic bones and gastrointestinal diseases. Diagnostic algorithm for chronical pelvic pain is worked out. The most informative diagnostic method in patients with chronical pelvic pain in gynecological practice is endoscopy. We recommend to use algorithm to improve effectiveness of diagnostics in patients with chronical pelvic pain.
