Etiologic factors of re-obstruction after fallopian tube recanalization

Objective:To study the causes of re-obstruction after fallopian tube recanalization.Methods:The data of 66 cases re-obstruction after fallopian tube recanalization treated interventional and hysteroscopy recanalization were treated by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy for treatment were showed: hydrosalpinxs 7 cases,pyosalpinx 1 case,adnexal and pelvic mass 5 cases,endometriosis 22 cases,uterine leiomyoma 2 cases,endometrial polyps 1 case,foreign body reaction 1 case,false obstruction 4 cases,unknown cause 14 cases.Conclusion:The main reason is that etiologic factors are not completely cured,the disease continued to progress due..
