Abstract

Uterine leiomyoma is one of the most common benign tumors of the female genitalia, but the question of pathophysiology remains a topic of discussion. The aim of research - the aim of the study was to study the levels of transforming growth factor β, interleukin and tumor necrosis factor in blood serum, the content of natural killers and leukogram parameters in women with uterine leiomyoma.Materials and methods of research. 40 women were examined, including 20 women of the main group, with uterine leiomyoma according to the systemic classification FIGO - “O-5”). In the serum of the subjects were determined the content of THR β, PNP α and IL-1β), the expression of antigen receptors by membranes of peripheral blood lymphocytes, counted large granular lymphocytes and calculated the number of peripheral blood leukocytes.Research results and their discussion. The results of the study of the level of IL-1β showed that in women of the main group it was 2.1 times lower than in the control group. And the indicators of CNPα and TCHRβ exceeded the levels of indicators in the control group by 1.5 times. The study of the content of populations and subpopulations of immunocompetent cells in the main group showed multidirectional changes in their content of lymphocyte populations. Large granular lymphocytes were found in only 20% of patients, and natural killers - almost twofold reduction.Summary.Women with uterine leiomyoma have a significant increase in the pool of neutrophils, a decrease in the pool of lymphocytes and natural killers of peripheral blood, a decrease in the natural nonspecific resistance of the organism. The results of the interaction of the body’s production of bioactive polypeptides in uterine leiomyoma reveals a picture of imbalance in the production of cytokines CNPα, IL-1β, TCHRβ.These data emphasize the need to continue research to develop adequate methods of immunocorrection and methods of regulating intercellular and intersystem interactions in the body in uterine leiomyoma.
