Endometriosis CT manifestations and surgery and pathology controls

Objective:To study the endometriosis(EM) CT manifestations and pathologic basis of EM,evaluation the diagnostic value of CT.Methods: A retrospectie analysis of CT shows 56 cases with clinical EM,operation and pathology,material,the group of the cases do CT scan.Saul and enhance flat.Results: The CT examination 56 cases were found EM 78 lesions,11 pouch or solid type,67 cystic type.Capsule solid type of solid part of EM for CT manifestations of soft tissue density,its pathological for the inclusion of fibrous tissue hyperplasia of trace of endometrial cells,hemosiderin and small amounts of lymphocytes,plasma cells;Cystic type EM bursa wall thickness,coarse,and surrounding structure adhesion,sac fluid shows high density or discretion mixed densities,cystoid liquid layered have liquid-liquid plane levy.Bursa wall pathological for fiber tissue,lined with endometrial sample organization,sac for new and old different liquid ectopic endometrium classics blood.Conclusion: Cystic type EM CT performance has certain specificity.Capsule solid model,but the lack of specificity CT shows with clinical manifestations,preoperative can also clear diagnosis.
