Homeopathic remedy drops comprise a salt of a precious metal such as gold or platinum and a natural sweetener, preferably honey. Preferably the precious metal is a double salt comprising the precious metal cation and an alkali metal salt for example sodium chloride. The composition may also have a nut tree extract, particularly from the genus Aesculus (including the horsechesnut, Aesculus hippocastanum) and an inorganic acid, such as phosphoric acid. The composition may be used to treat endometriosis.
