Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of gestation sac nidation position on development and turnover of pregnancy in adenomyosis combined with pregnancy. Methods The sonogram features of 42 patients with adenomyosis confirmed by pathology were analyzed. The gestation sac nidation position was determined after ultrasonography in 12 patients with adenomyosis combined with pregnancy,The development and turnover of pregnancy were re-examined.Results In 42 cases of adenomyosis, there were 10 cases of diffuse type and 32 cases of localization type. In 12 cases combined with pregnancy,2 cases were in diffuse type, sonograms showed endometria was thin, and missed abortion happened in early pregnancy;10 cases were in localization type, and nidation of 8 cases was in uterus wall, sonogram showed endometria became thick asymmetrically, the thickness of sick uterus wall was thinner than that of normal uterus wall, abortion happened in all the patients. Nidation of 1 case was in normal uterus wall which could grow to the full-term pregnancy, and 1 case was of ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion Ultrasound can diagnose adenomyosis combined with pregnancy, and the position of gestation sac nidation has close correlation to development and turnover of blastula.
