Abstract

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of the laparoscopic operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:138 patients with endometriosis,who were treated by the laparoscopic operation,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,69 cases in the control group took the Mifepristone,and on the basis of the control group,69 cases in the observation group were injected the Ligustrazine Injection,after treatment,the curative effect,liver function and untoward effect of the two groups were observed.Results:The remission rate of the observation group was 88.41%,the recurrence rate was 1.45%,and that of control group was 72.46% and 7.25%,there were significant differences in two groups(all P0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of the endometriosis has an exact curative effect,it is safe,credible and less untoward effect.
