Clinical Effect of Putian Capsule in Treating Endometriosis

To observe the therapeutic effect of Putian Capsule on dysmenorrhea,hypermenorhea,menostaxis associated with endometriosis, 70 cases of endometriosis were randomly allocated to two groups:the treatment group (Putian Capsule)and the control group (Tianqi Tongjing Capsule). The results showed that the total effective rate of Putian Capsule for dysmenorrhea,hypermenorrhea and menostaxis was 85%, 89.7% and 92% respectively,and the differences were significant except for that of dysmenorrhea as compared with the control group.The rate of EMAb turning to negative was 45.45%,which was higher than that in the control group (P 0.01 ).It is indicated that Putian Capsule possesses a definitive effect on endometriosis.
