Analysis of 208 Cases of Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in gynecopathy.Methods Two hundred and eight cases of laparoscopic surgery in gynecopathy were analyzed retrospectively,including salpingotomy,salpingectomy,salpingostomy,enucleation of peivic masses,CISH,remoral of hysteromyoma,lysis of pelvic adhesions.Results Two hundred and two cases were successed with laparoscopy,6 were converted to laparotomy and complications occurred in 5 cases and the mean operating time was(81.32±33.87)min.Mean bleeding was(65.9±28.4)mL.Conclusion the gynecologic laparoscopic surgery has many advantages,such as less lesion,bleeding less,recovery rapidly,less complications and can be used effectively in gynecologic diseases.
