Endometrial Stem Cells and Their Relationship with Angiogenesis

A lot of clinical observation and basic research suggest that endometrial exist stem cells with high proliferation,self-renewal and differentiation potential.Although in recent years,research on endometrial stem cell isolation and identification has made great progress,but the endometrial stem cell specific markers are still in exploration.Endometrial stem cells may become the new way for patients who have endometrial lesions to make use of endometrial repair replacement therapy means,and provide a new research thought for endometriosis,endometrial cancer.At present,scholars research whether endometrial stem cells play a role in capillaries reconstruction and angiogenesis.This paper gave a review on the resent research at home and abroad.
