Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of using hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF)-1 α monoclonal antibody to treat SCID mouse models of endometriosis. Methods Successful mouse models were randomized into three groups: receive routine feeding group ( control group, n=10), an intrafocal injection of normal saline group ( NS group, n=10), and an intrafocal injection of HIF-1 α monoclonal antibody group (250 μ g/0.25 ml per one; treatment group, n=10). The injection was repeated one week later. All mice were killed one week after the second injection. Observed the changes in size and shape of the implants. Results The implant volume was significantly reduced in the treatment group. Conclusions HIF-1 αt monoclonal antibody has a therapeutic effect on SCID mouse model of Ems.
